Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey has not been omitted from the  Wales’ squad for their 2018 World Cup qualifier against Moldova next month.

The 25-year-old suffered a hamstring injury during the Gunners’ 4-3 defeat to Liverpool on the opening weekend of the new season.

In this light, Ramsey who was in the news for his new hairstyle has been left out of the squad named by manager Chris Coleman, who is also without Crystal Palace midfielder Jonny Williams due to injury.

The Welsh team who are one of the biggest surprises at the Euro 2016 tournament have recalled the trio of Emyr Huws, Tom Lawrence and Paul Dummett, who all missed out on the great show in France where they went to the semi finals in their first appearance.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid star Gareth Bale is named among the 23-man squad for the qualifier due to be held at Cardiff City Stadium on September 5.
