Unidentified woman's chopped body parts found dumped in Nairobi (graphic)

A woman was killed and her body parts dumped in Umoja Estate in Nairobi, Kenya. The woman’s head, hands and legs were found late Monday August 22, and taken to the City Mortuary but the torso has not been located.
The body parts were found in a black plastic bag and thrown in a thicket near Fadhili Primary School.
Police suspect that the victim was killed in a house a few days ago and stored in a refrigerator before her chopped body parts were dumped. Police are at the moment trying to find her torso which is missing.
"From the look of things, the killer or killers must have used a hacksaw or a very sharp object," a senior police officer at the Buruburu Police Station.
The officer in charge of investigations in Buruburu division Jeremiah Ikiao said no suspect had been arrested and urged the public to also volunteer any information they have to help in the investigations.
"We were called to the scene by residents who discovered the body parts and we took them away,"  he said. No suspect has been arrested. He said they have taken finger prints to help identify the deceased woman from the registration of persons department.
